This wine shows the perfect adaptation of Sauvignon Blanc wine in our 3 hectare extended land “La vinya del Pou” on the “La Baltana Vella” estate. Pellicular maceration at a very low temperature.
Separation of the must and slow fermentation at controlled temperature.

Golden yellow colour with green tints, clear and shining. Its complexity harmonizes with the tropical fruit aromas (lychee, passion fruit…. ) that characterize its variety. Silky taste and very good structure. Lasting aftertaste.
Long-lasting essence once the bottle has been opened.
