The best grapes are harvested from the previously selected vines.
A special slight maceration gives out the must which will ferment at a low temperature.
Once the fermentation is over and the wine is ready, it is bottled.

Alcohol content: 13.50 º vol.
Production: 1.338 bottles of 75 cl.
Tasting notes: Gold color. Aromas of white flowers, melon and peach notes. On the palate the wine is creamy, balanced and fresh, fruity floral notes and give a lot of persistence.

100% grenache:
|
Alcohol content: 13.50 º vol.
Production: 1.324 bottles of 75 cl.
Tasting notes: Pale gold color with green highlights. Complex aromas and elegant, floral, citrus and exotic fruits. Elegant in the mouth, very oily, exotic fruit and citrus aromas give a fresh balance and good persistence.

Alcohol content: 12.50 º vol.
Production: 1.312 bottles of 75 cl.
Tasting notes: Pale gold color with green highlights. Dominated by citrus flavors (lime, grapefruit) with notes of peach and honey. Freshness in the mouth because the grapefruit is prolonged and enjoyment.

The vines are gathered under the seal of quality ‘Denominació d'Origen Empordà'.
They are located on the highest part of the Ampurdan plain, on the range foot, creeping up the hills and spurs of Serra de la Baga de Ferran and the near Serra de l'Albera.
