Its complex elaboration process results in a sophisticated wine, exceptionally fine and intense in its aroma which integrates the perfume of ripe fruit with the noble nuances of wood.

Elegant, persisting, exceptionally balanced and of measured structure to the palate, this is a white wine of an unusual gustatory and aromatic expression.

Harvested manually. A short, cool maceration of destemmed grapes in order to extract the maximum aroma.

Soft pneumatic pressing and careful filtration enhance its aromas.

Barrelled in new oak barrels from the French region Allier at the beginning of it fermentation.

Rigorous temperature control during the process.
