smell analysis Pleasant feeling with enough intensity. Fine quality and long persistance.
taste analysis Pleasant feeling, nice and fluid with a low level of acidity.
Medium bodied and with a sublte consistency.
Elegant aroma on the palate with medium persistance.  Floral and fruity nature.
gastronomy Apperitifs, seafood and fish, roast dishes.
Do not hesitate to use it with all kind of dishes of a feast, from appetizers to desserts.
