Harvest: In two phases, the Chardonnay was harvested in the first week of September and the Pinot Noir during the last week of that same month.
In all our Reservas, the second fermentation has been done with cork and "grapa" as it was done 150 years ago.

tasting notes
|
Amber colour with golden reflections. Its long crianza and the manual stirring give us some lines of fine and persistent bubbles, which burst when they get to the surface, forming a thin foam layer.
Nose: Fragrant, with a delicate violet aroma. The fruit appears, cherry and apple. Some smoke and toast notes round this singular aromatic union. The complexity of aromas suggests an encouraging future.
Mouth: Elegance in the mouth is guaranteed. A real Brut, very dry, for people who like aggressive cavas.
