The best grapes are harvested from the previously selected vines.
A special slight maceration gives out the must which will ferment at a low temperature.
Once the fermentation is over and the wine is ready, it is bottled.

Alcohol content: 14,00 º vol.
Production: 1.320 bottles of 75 cl.
Tasting notes: Intense pink with fuchsia highlights. Intense and fresh aromas of cassis, grenadine syrup and strawberries. On the palate the wine is creamy, balanced and fresh, red fruit aromas carry them through the tasting.

The vines are gathered under the seal of quality ‘Denominació d'Origen Empordà'.
They are located on the highest part of the Ampurdan plain, on the range foot, creeping up the hills and spurs of Serra de la Baga de Ferran and the near Serra de l'Albera.
