This Priorat has been aged 8 months in French oak barrels.
Bottled September 2005, the production reaches 10500 bottles.
We recommend sotring this wine at a temperature of 18ºC (65ºF).

The two grape varieties have been fermented separately, with 3 weeks of skin contact. Both coming from hillsides vineyards, the Cariñena is 15 years-old and the Garnacha vines 20 years-old. The fermentation was carried out at a maximum temperature of 28ºC (82ºF), with two daily pumpovers.
