The Negre Jove 2011 is the result of a blend of 40% Lledoner negre (Red Grenache), 40% de Lledoner Roig (Grey Grenache) and 20% Merlot and the result is a wine of medium intensity ruby color live and violet reflections. The nose is intense and there are notes of red fruit and black. On the palate the wine is fresh, light, balanced and sweet. Has a long finish and very persistent. It is ideal to combine with all kinds of dishes such as meat, sausages, cheese, pasta, rice, ... and especially to share special moments.
