J. MIQUEL JANE BALTANA NEGRE

This wine shows the good adaptation of the Cabernet Sauvignon (50%),Grenache (30%) and Syrah (20%) in the vineyards of our estate “Cal Costas”.
Maceration with berries to extract its polyphenols and tannins.
Aged in French and American durmast barriques for 3 months and hen refined in bottle. With a good tone and clear. Shining red cherry colour with fine purple tints.

Red cherry with purple tints. Intense notes of red fruit (rasperry, gooseberry) and smokiness. Wide, viscous with pleasant red fruit and vegetal notes on the palate. Good structure and length.
