winemaking
|
Once destemmed and lighty crushed, the grapes are prefermentated for three days at 14ºC to accentuate aromatic expression. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a steady 26ºC in stainless steel tanks.
After ten days the partially fermented must is pressed. This maceration allows us to extract the required dose of anthocyanins and tannic structure.

tasting notes
|
A modern style wine with perfect balance of fruit and wood.
Brilliant aspect and depth of colour with and intense ruby wax tonality.
Highly concentrated on the nose with strong mineral background (liqorella stone) typical of the region.
In the mouth it is highly flavoured and well structured with excellent balance and a wealth of complex fruit. Long and persistend.
