elaboration:
The best grapes are harvested by hand from previously selected vines.
The elaboration, fermentation and maceration processes of each variety are done separately.
Once the wine is ripened, we proceed to its blending and bottling.
tasting notes:
Intense red or black-coloured wine of powerful and complex aroma with a hint of black olives, ripe plums over a ground of jam and soot smell.
Throughout its tasting, the wine keeps changing its aroma and complexity. It evolves perfectly well in the bottle.
Such complexity makes of this wine the perfect match with all sorts of original, bold foods.

production area:
The vines are gathered under the seal of quality ‘Denominació d'Origen Empordà'.
They are located on the highest part of the Ampurdan plain, on the range foot, creeping up the hills and spurs of Serra de la Baga de Ferran and the near Serra de l'Albera.
